Police Chief Jon Buckholtz will discuss crime-fighting tactics at an upcoming meeting. The Conroe Police Department uses drones, in conjunction with the fire department, to respond to fires and crime scenes. They also utilize Flock cameras to track stolen vehicles and locate missing persons.

The department has additional resources, including trained dogs and a SWAT Team. Further details about their techniques and strategies will be shared by Chief Buckholtz. The meeting, hosted by the Rotary Club, is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, at noon at Honor Café, and is open to all.
