Autograph Homes, a recently launched homebuilder, is set to begin sales this summer in the sprawling Two Step Farm community in Montgomery. The builder plans to showcase innovative designs across two home collections with customizable options for buyers.

Autograph Homes is set to make its debut in the Houston-area housing market, preparing to kick off home sales in the sprawling 2,000-acre Two Step Farm community in Montgomery later this summer.
The privately held builder, established in 2024 by James Miller and Wade Bradow, announced on June 25 that it is in the process of constructing three model homes on-site to initiate sales efforts.
Autograph Homes is set to provide a variety of home designs, including single-family residences and semi-custom constructions, with prices starting above $1 million. The company is set to launch its first offerings at Two Step Farm, showcasing two distinct collections: the Symphony Collection, featuring private backyards that lead to a community lawn, and the Trio Collection, which offers maintained yards for enhanced convenience.
“In five years, we aim for Autograph Homes to become a well-known name in the Houston homebuilding industry, with a footprint in the most prominent communities in the area,” stated Miller. “Our goal is to establish a reputation for creative designs and diverse home styles that attract a broad spectrum of purchasers.”
The builder is introducing five adaptable floor plans at Two Step Farm, with sizes varying from about 1,700 to 2,500 square feet. Properties will feature three to four bedrooms, with starting prices in the mid-$300,000s. Homebuyers will have the opportunity to select from a variety of customization options, allowing them to make their homes uniquely theirs.
The introduction of Autograph Homes at Two Step Farm showcases the ongoing expansion in Montgomery County’s housing sector and the increasing interest in contemporary homes that offer versatile living arrangements.
