The makers of Tiny Tundra Snowcones say that a new locally owned snow cone stand will open this spring along FM 1314. The new stand will offer shaved ice, specialty flavors, and fresh lemonades to the growing area.
A Tiny Tundra Snowcones location will open at 18978 FM 1314 starting in March. Bryan Arguello, Ada Roldan, and Kevin Valdez own the stand. They said the idea is to serve finely shaved ice with traditional syrups and unique taste combinations.
There will be standard items on the menu as well as specialty snow cones topped with premium toppings and unique flavor mixes. Arguello said they will offer unique premium creations with fun toppings and taste mixes that you will not find anywhere else.
The company will also serve fresh lemonades made in-house, either by name or by season. Lemonade is on the menu to go with the snow cones and give customers a cool choice in the summer, the owners said.
"Everything is refreshed, fun, and perfect for keeping cool in Texas," Arguello said. You can stop by Tiny Tundra for a quick treat or make it a part of your weekend plans. We are all about good vibes, cold treats, and chilling out, yeah?
The goal of the stand is to make FM 1314, a busy road that continues to see residential and business growth, a place where people can gather and feel welcome. The owners said they hope the position will make it easy for nearby residents and drivers passing through to stop at Tiny Tundra.
Arguello also said that people have been interacting with the business online before the store even opens. Trundranites is what fans of the stand call themselves, and the owners say the name fits the festive mood they want to create.
Tiny Tundra Snowcones will be a locally owned business. It is one of many small food and drink businesses starting in Montgomery County as the population grows and people want quick treats and locally owned brands.
On their social media pages closer to March, the owners said they would share more information about the business's hours and plans for opening day.
