One of the headline events is the R100 National Archery Tour. The tour is scheduled to arrive in Conroe on April 10. The event is open to archers of all ages and skill levels and features a variety of shooting courses, specialty targets, and door prizes. Activities begin at noon at 10245 Owen Drive, with registration fees ranging from $15 to $75.

Organizers describe the tour as an inclusive experience that introduces newcomers to archery while challenging seasoned participants.

Attention will transfer to Montgomery on April 11 for the fifth annual March For Our Military Ruck March, a community-driven event that promotes veteran wellness and mental resilience. The event, which is scheduled to take place at 300 C B Stewart Drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., will feature a 5K ruck march, light exercise stations, live music, raffles, and a silent auction.

The objective, according to the event administrators, is to raise awareness and provide tangible assistance to veterans facing physical and mental health challenges.

"Engage in the 5th annual Ruck March to advocate for the mental resilience and wellness of veterans," stated the event organizers in their promotional materials.

For individuals, the registration fee is $50. Discounted options include virtual participation for $40 and group packages for $160.

The Avian Event in Conroe, Texas, is a gathering for avian enthusiasts and hobbyists. It will take place at the Lone Star Convention & Expo Center in Conroe on April 11.
